Answers for
building human.

The essentials on Digital Humans, install packages, SDKs, plans, and keeping your OpenAI connection private.

01What is an Experts Alive Digital Human?+

A production-ready visual person with listening and speaking animation. You connect the human to your OpenAI account, then add Skills or a MyGentic Brain for the work you want it to do.

02Where can I use a Digital Human?+

Install packages can target a website, React or TypeScript web app, native Android app, or the combined Apple SDK for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Each package is restricted to the domains and app identifiers you authorize.

03Who pays for OpenAI usage?+

You connect your own OpenAI API account. Model usage appears in your OpenAI account, while Experts Alive supplies the Digital Human, package controls, and SDKs.

04How is my OpenAI API key protected?+

Experts Alive stores each package’s key server-side in its own encrypted AWS Secrets Manager secret. The SDK receives a one-time Experts Alive deployment key and never receives your raw OpenAI key. Keys are never placed in website code, app bundles, or public repositories.

05What is an install package?+

It is one deployable configuration containing your selected Digital Humans, approved app platforms, Skills or Brain, security restrictions, and downloadable SDK starter.

06What is included in the SDK download?+

The ZIP contains the runtime starter, platform examples, an SDK overview, instructions for configuring the Experts Alive key, and prompts a coding agent can use to install the experience.

07Can the SDK choose a specific human or a random human?+

Yes. Your app can request one Digital Human included in the package or let the SDK choose randomly from the package’s approved group.

08What is an Enterprise Digital Human group?+

An Enterprise package can define up to 20 groups with as many as six Digital Humans each. Your app can download and validate a group once, keep its assets in the local SDK cache, then choose a specific or random member without routing motion media through the Experts Alive backend.

09What is the difference between a Skill and a Brain?+

A Skill gives the Digital Human a focused capability or workflow. A MyGentic Brain supplies broader knowledge, instructions, and behavior that can support multiple conversations.

10How do I build a Skill?+

Start with a focused workflow: define what the Skill should accomplish, when it should be used, and any tools or reference material it needs. OpenAI’s Skill Creator can generate the required SKILL.md structure for you.

11How do I build a Brain?+

Use MyGentic Brain Builder to package your domain expertise—such as decision frameworks, methods, communication patterns, and supporting knowledge—into an Expert Brain.

12Why do I list domains and mobile app identifiers?+

Those values create an allowlist. The Experts Alive deployment key works only from approved websites, Android application IDs, and the iPhone/iPad or Mac bundle IDs you add. The same Apple SDK uses the correct identifier on each Apple destination.

13Does the Free plan include a watermark?+

Yes. Free packages display the Experts Alive watermark. Plus, Pro, and Enterprise packages remove it.
